November 04, 2009 “Salon” — It’s not often that an appellate court decision reflects so vividly what a country has become, but such is the case with yesterday’s ruling by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in Arar v. Ashcroft (.pdf). Maher Arar is both a Canadian and Syrian citizen of Syrian descent. A telecommunications engineer and graduate of Montreal’s McGill University, he has lived in Canada since he’s 17 years old. In 2002, he was returning home to Canada from vacation when, on a stopover at JFK Airport, he was (a) detained by U.S. officials, (b) accused of being a Terrorist, (c) held for two weeks incommunicado and without access to counsel while he was abusively interrogated, and then (d) was “rendered” — despite his pleas that he would be tortured — to Syria, to be interrogated and tortured. He remained in Syria for the next 10 months under the most brutal and inhumane conditions imaginable, where he was repeatedly tortured. Everyone acknowledges that Arar was never involved with Terrorism and was guilty of nothing. I’ve appended to the end of this post the graphic description from a dissenting judge of what was done to Arar while in American custody and then in Syria.

Craig Murray, the rector of the University of Dundee in Scotland and until 2004 the UK’s ambassador to Uzbekistan, said the CIA not only relied on confessions gleaned through extreme torture, it sent terror war suspects to Uzbekistan as part of its extraordinary rendition program.

“I’m talking of people being raped with broken bottles,” he said at a lecture late last month that was re-broadcast by the Real News Network. “I’m talking of people having their children tortured in front of them until they sign a confession. I’m talking of people being boiled alive. And the intelligence from these torture sessions was being received by the CIA, and was being passed on.”

On the 25th of October I wrote an article entitled “Americans:You Did This” and with it came a plethora of support and a flood of disdain. Only a few days have gone by since the publishing of the Op-Ed piece,and as of this morning  my inbox has accumulated a staggering number of 63 hate-filled emails. What stunned me wasn’t the fact that 63 individuals took the time to send me their informal opinions in regards to my post but that they didn’t comment on the article itself. There were about 30 comments and only one was in opposition. One.

I cannot give an answer for those who decided not to comment as to why they didn’t, nor do I care to – though I have my own theories including the probability of the persons being refuted by either myself or readers of Political Theatrics.

Every single hate-mail I have since received contains the exact same theme and premise – that I was ‘taking my anger out on everyone’ and generalizing a social order in its totality. That I am putting the blame on everyone including those who “didn’t vote for Bush” or “didn’t vote for Obama” or “didn’t vote” at all.

The same individuals who are wagging their tongues over my impartial subjection of their kind due to the United States imperialist endeavors do not,at the same time, take issue with unconditionally blaming other factions for reserved areas of concern. Also, those who take issue with my contentions are suggesting I “relocate” because my opinions do not fit in with mainstream beliefs.

Mainstream beliefs concludes that the war in Iraq is not ‘ok’ anymore,as it once was,but it was a necessity at the time and this conclusion came to head with no substantiation, no evidence, and no validation.
Mainstream belief is that there is and should be a “global war on terror” led by our men and women,and this ‘war’ includes spending an infinite amount of money we do not have in order to kill and desecrate, pillage and rape.
Mainstream belief is that every dead Iraqi and Afghan for whom we then turn into a statistic is to be unashamedly brushed under the table with a headstone that reads ‘collateral-damage’.

It’s not that a majority of these people are cruel or wish to substantiate the evil that their government does, it’s that they don’t care and are at the same time shamelessly aware of their ignorance.

The premise that you don’t know or you didn’t know can’t be taken seriously anymore, especially when an abundance of information is there for you to find.

My article was not at all brutal or harsh, especially when I think of what the victims of American imperialism could say if given a chance to speak to us. Imagine what these innocent people think of us.

You’ve helped steal daughters from their fathers, sons from their siblings, husbands from their wives and your defense is that you didn’t do it by your own hands. That is why I have simply called you all accessories to war crimes instead of direct perpetrators.
54% of our taxes do not go to improve our disheveled education system, our broken healthcare structure, nor to aid the middle class and poor – no – 54% goes to war .

You are literally throwing your hard earned money into a bonfire built with Iraqi and Afghan bones, and those who still vehemently support these expansionist wars are dancing around the fires unprincipled.

There is nothing ‘un-American’ about holding a position contrary to mainstream belief nor are you in error if your premise stands in stern opposition over the wars being led by bastions of Western Occupation Forces.

The victims of our ‘America-brand’ wars have no means of speaking out to Americans,thus I am here to be their voice – this is my duty and my commitment until justice is served.

The people we are persecuting have done us no harm and what they have seen of ‘democracy’ is enough to make anyone loathe this nation and it’s apathetic masses who concern themselves with MTV instead of current and International affairs.

I’ve been meaning to write a piece on this ‘oathkeepers’ bullshit. My friend and i have been discussing this. It sort of started with a lot of well-intentioned folks always lauding and promoting the idea of oathkeepers and how “it’s important to be respectful and getting the cops and military on our side… They arent all bad, we need to wake them up, etc.”

This may be a mature, ‘gentlemanly’ (dare I say NAIVE?) position to take, but I have a hard time buying it.

SORRY, but a pig is a pig and this almost being mesmerized by the ‘all-powerful important officer’, we need them on our side? Fuck them, they’ve never been on our side and only an idiot would be so deluded!

If they were anywhere near ”our side” (whatever that even means), and pledged an ”oath to the CON-stitution”, they wouldnt take a job making their living enforcing the very tyrannical petty and immoral ”laws’ which people are prosecuted for every day. Roadblock checkpoints with no probable cause, cell phone tickets, speed traps, seat belt tickets, snatching peoples kids ‘backing up’ CPS nazis, the phony drug war, tyrannical code enforcement rules, etc. etc. and any other number of countless petty police state nonsense, the enforcement of which pays these ‘oathkeepers’ salary.

There’s something about grovelling and begging a bully punk to ‘please be nice to us patriots, take and read these oathkeepers cards’ that is REALLY distasteful to me.

Sound outrageous? Such corporate-owned life insurance is also big business:

• Companies pay a whopping $8 billion in premiums each year for such coverage, according to the American Council of Life Insurers, a trade group.
• The policies make up more than 20% of the all the life insurance sold each year.
• Companies expect to reap more than $9 billion in tax breaks from these policies over the next five years. The policies are treated as whole life policies. So, companies can borrow against the policies (though the IRS won’t let them write off the interest). And the death benefits are tax-free.

The threat of “martial law” is a red herring

A topic that has made the rounds in the “patriot” community for years is the threat of martial law being imposed on the US.

Martial law is basically “The exercise of government and control by military authorities over the civilian population of a designated territory”.

Some people believe that we are just one false flag attack from having martial law enacted.

Let’s examine this threat.

Who exactly is going to enforce it?

According to THIS document (PDF) there are 882,201 total military personnel stationed in the US as of Sept. 30 2007. Not all of them are combat troops, most are support personnel. Not all of them will cooperate with this martial law.  But for the sake of argument, let’s say that all troops will be used to enforce this “martial law”. Let’s make this a worst case scenario.

We have 3,794,101 sq miles in area for them to cover. “But they don’t patrol the desert” you say? That’s right! This is why we will use population density.

We have a population density of 80 per sq. mile.

This leaves each soldier 4.3 sq miles to cover which holds 344 people.

No matter how well you are trained, no matter how much of a bad-ass you think you are, no one in his (or her!) right mind wants to face those odds.

But not all of those 344 will fight? You are correct.

When we fought our Revolutionary War, about 3-5% of the population fought it at the beginning. I think it is safe to say that we have at least as many ready right now. Let’s use the 3% figure. That is a 10 to 1 odds. Bring in UN “peacekeepers” and you can probably up that to 15-20% that will resist, if not more.

And since our soldiers have an uncanny knack for manufacturing resistance out of thin air by torturing and murdering the civilian populations, that number will grow quickly.

Then there is the logistical nightmare of transporting, supplying and sheltering them after they deploy far away from their bases. These supplies will be a prime target for any resistance.

Folks, this cannot be done. If anyone can show me how it can be done, well, the only comments I delete are spam and posts that just have to be from pigs.

This is just one threat out of many that the disinfo scum use to keep their worshipers on edge. But it does have a good side effect. If the government is ever so stupid as to try it, we’ll be ready.

Ex-officer alleges Iraq cover-ups

British soldiers in Iraq were involved in hundreds of incidents in which civilians died or were seriously injured but which were covered up or inadequately investigated, a former military police officer claimed today.

“If you were to look back at all the serious allegations arising out of operations in Iraq, there’s a catalogue of blunders, mistakes, ineptitude and the course of investigations being bent to serve the real or perceived interests of the chain of command of the army,” the ex-officer said.

He said he had “absolutely no trust and confidence in anyone in the army who is saying that the number of incidents are low”. /snip/

Dollar loses reserve status to yen & euro

Ben Bernanke’s dollar crisis went into a wider mode yesterday as the greenback was shockingly upstaged by the euro and yen, both of which can lay claim to the world title as the currency favored by central banks as their reserve currency.

Over the last three months, banks put 63 percent of their new cash into euros and yen — not the greenbacks — a nearly complete reversal of the dollar’s onetime dominance for reserves, according to Barclays Capital. £14.6billion: That’s the record amount Goldman Sachs staff will get in pay and bonuses

City bank Goldman Sachs is expected to confirm tomorrow that bonuses will smash all records in 2009, just a year after the Government rescued the financial system from oblivion.

The Wall Street giant is on course to lavish £14billion on pay and bonuses on staff this year following a surge in profits between July and September, experts said.

Obama approved 13,000 more troops to Afghanistan, over and above the 21,000 he just announced.

WASHINGTON (AFP) – In an unannounced move, President Barack Obama is dispatching an additional 13,000 US troops to Afghanistan beyond the 21,000 he announced publicly in March, The Washington Post reported Monday.

The additional forces are primarily support forces — such as engineers, medical personnel, intelligence experts and military police — the Post said, bringing the total buildup Obama has approved for the war-torn nation to 34,000.

“Obama authorized the whole thing. The only thing you saw announced in a press release was the 21,000,” a defense official familiar with the troop-approval process told the daily. /snip/

Nurses will sue New York over mandatatory vaccinations

The elderly, the young, and the frequently exposed are being advised to get vaccinated against H1N1 flu virus this year, due to predictions of a possible influenza epidemic. • Federal racketeering lawsuit filed against appointed Orange County CA Sheriff Sandra Hutchens

Orange county bail bondsmen have filed a (RICO) federal racketeering lawsuit against former Los Angeles Sheriff’s deputy, appointed Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens who replaced former sheriff Mike Corona by the Orange County Commissioners Court.

The federal lawsuit asks for a $100 million in damages for past and expected future business losses. The court documents accuse the Orange County Sheriff’s Department for illegally allowing jail gangs to force inmates into using certain bail firms.

This money making scheme was also alleged during the administration of former Sheriff Mike Carona,

who was later convicted of witness tampering.

Also named in the suite, is former sheriff Michael S. Carona and ex-assistant sheriff George Jaramillo.

The illegal practice of using inmates to get bail referrals is called “capping.” The way the scam works is that jailhouse bullies coerce inmates to hire a certain bail company, which kicks back about 10 percent of its share for the referral. On a $100,000 bond, $1,000 goes to the gang member, said Herman.

The money is either put on the gang member’s jail account, to use in the commissary, or given to a designated person outside the jail.

“I guarantee you there are some people in the jail making more than you are, on a daily basis,” Drake said.

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) — A week ago, Grand Junction Interim Police Chief John Camper  addressed the community after former officer Glenn Coyne was arrested on sexual assault and burglary charges.

“When something like this happens, it negatively impacts the trust that we’ve developed with you, and with this community,” Camper said.

Investigators say they had reason to believe Coyne was re-victimizing women who had called 9-1-1 for help.

Officers Richard Amio, 30, and Manuel Ortiz, 36, and former Officer Evan Samuel, 37, appeared before Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Donald S. Kennedy, who set bail for the defendants at $50,000, $25,000 and $80,000, respectively.

They are each charged with one felony count of conspiracy to commit an act injurious to the public.

Additionally, Samuel is charged with three felony counts of perjury while Amio is also charged with two counts of perjury and Ortiz is charged with one count of perjury.

• St. Joseph County IN pig Ryan Huston sentenced for dealing drugs

As part of a plea agreement, U.S. District Court Judge Philip Simon sentenced 35-year-old Ryan Huston to 42 months in prison with three years supervised release.

A federal investigation revealed that from July 2004 to March 2005, Huston and two others – former county police officer Jamie Buford and former South Bend police officer Andrew Taghon – received money for stolen items and drugs and deposited that money into private bank accounts.

He was the face of calm and determination amid one of the most notorious and unsettling episodes in South Carolina history — the Susan Smith case.

On Monday, the former Union County sheriff, Howard Wells, who gained national attention for coaxing the young mother to admit to killing her two sons in 1994, was on the other side of the courtroom — playing the role of defendant.

Handcuffed, he stood before a federal magistrate to face charges of witness tampering and lying to authorities.

The allegations came to light during an investigation of possible public corruption and drugs that already had named the former mayor of Union and another city official and Monday the Union County supervisor and other local officials, U.S. Attorney Walt Wilkins said.

• Dolton IL pig Christopher Lloyd, 38 caught on camera in student’s beating is in jail on rape charge

A Dolton cop caught on camera allegedly breaking a 15-year-old special needs student’s nose for failing to tuck in his shirt has a troubling history that includes killing a man in a case of disputed self-defense and is now in an Indiana jail on an unrelated rape charge.

Christopher Lloyd, 38, was identified Thursday by his father Charles Lloyd and Dolton Mayor Ronnie Lewis as the officer who in May was recorded by a school security camera scuffling with 15-year-old, 140-pound Marshawn Pitts at the Academy for Learning in Dolton.

An attorney hired by Pitts’ parents released the video this week, calling the incident an “unprovoked attack” on a vulnerable child. The video, which has no audio, appears to show the officer slamming Pitts against a locker, wrestling him to the ground and pinning him.

But speaking Thursday, Charles Lloyd said he had seen the video and discussed the incident with his son, who he said was “just trying to do his job as a police officer and is completely innocent.”

“My son said, ‘Sir, you need to tuck your shirt in,’ and this boy (cussed at him and said) ‘I’m not going to tuck my shirt in, you can’t make me,’ ” Charles Lloyd said.

“That boy struck my son in the eye and broke his glasses — he had a history of behavior issues,” he alleged.

Christopher Lloyd was arrested last month and charged with sexually assaulting a woman he knew at her home in Hammond, his father said.

According to Lake County, Ind., court documents, he held a pillow over the woman’s face while sexually assaulting her Sept. 14 and had previously threatened her with a knife.

A Milwaukee police officer accused of kicking a handcuffed man in the head will return to work Wednesday, according to a personnel order issued by the department.Officer Vincent K. Woller, a 10-year veteran, initially was fired by Police Chief Edward A. Flynn in connection with the incident, which occurred Nov. 18 in the 5600 block of N. 95th St.Woller dropped his appeal of the firing after Flynn reduced the discipline to a 60-day unpaid suspension, according to the personnel order.

• Catoosa OK Assistant Police Chief pig Paul Whitmere gets paid vacation, but they wont say what he is charged with.

Catoosa’s police chief announced Friday afternoon that Assistant Police Chief Paul Whitmere is suspended with pay.  Chief Raymond Rodgers says he can release no more information because the suspension is related to an ongoing drug investigation.

The Rogers Co. Drug Task Force is apparently heading up the investigation.  No word on how long Whitmere could be suspended.

Chief Rodgers tells FOX23 another officer, Lt. John Mines, is also suspended in connection to the same investigation, but he wouldn’t detail any exact reasons why.

Rogers Co. Sheriff Scott Walton declined to comment on the drug investigation.

The Resistance: Patriots vs Sheeple?

There are a few things that bother me regarding the resistance to the New World Order.

First and foremost, there are those that bitch and moan because they don’t see anyone “resisting”. Their definition of resistance is a shooting war; a violent revolution. They hate it that it hasn’t happened already and isn’t happening now, and if there is no shooting then there is no resisting.

I see those people in one of two ways.

1) They are complete idiots that have not a clue of what they are hoping for.

2) They are pigs that want to provoke people to the point where they can be arrested.

So do I then believe in violent resistance, after you think I spoke out against it? More on that later.

Enough said about them.

Another group that bothers me is the “love and light” crowd. These people are the ones that think sitting around a campfire and singing Kumbaya will bring about the defeat of those that desperately desire to enslave us.

This nonviolent resistance will definitely get you killed when things turn violent. Either prepare for the violence now or pack your bags and go home to die later.

These new age lovey dovey types are among those that also believe passing out DVDs, buying t-shirts  and posting on boards is somehow “resisting”. They do this in an attempt to recruit others to their way of thinking. Well, how’s that going? Did you wake anyone up through your efforts? I doubt it. I know better.

You simply are not able to get people to change their worldviews through your own efforts. They have to change for themselves.

You’ve heard the old saying “you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink”? Well, what you are trying to do is beat the horse into submission, drag it to the river, and force it to drink. It doesn’t work. I’ve tried it, lots of others have tried it, and nothing good ever comes of it.

Did they “ask you”? Or were you being an obnoxious loudmouth prick?

Peter was talking about salvation here, but the same principle applies. If they don’t ask, then keep your mouth shut and live your life in a way that brings credit to you and others like you.

This leads me to the final group that I am really beginning to despise. That would be those that see the sheeple as being complicit in the destruction of this country.

I included myself in that group. I used to believe that. I don’t believe it anymore.

We are the vanguard. We have already been raked over the coals. We all know what it is like. They just haven’t gotten to the “sheeple” yet. When that happens, they will understand.

We have people join us every day, because people get reamed every day. Instead of saying “It’s about fucking time you woke up!”, welcome them as allies. The more the merrier, I always say.

What we can then do is counsel them into not making the same mistakes we all made. This can only be done if they respect us, and we haven’t trashed them in the past by trying to beat them into submission.

Now when it comes to a violent revolution, this country is a tinderbox just waiting for a spark. Where that spark will land, who knows? But I do know this: people are on edge. We have been pushed to the breaking point.

I do see it happening in the future, because violence is being used against us right now. They have already declared war against us. But right now, it’s just not a shooting war for the most part. They are using LRAD on demonstrators now. Bullets can’t be far behind.

It’s all in the timing. When the time is right, there will be revolution, and it will be violent. But it won’t happen on my schedule or yours.

Don’t go into this thinking it is a good thing though. A good number of us won’t live to see the final victory. But we also know that death is preferable to slavery, and to submit to these rat bastards is unthinkable.

Then, we start the whole process all over again. It is a never ending cycle, and that sucks.

A Truly Shocking Guantanamo Story: Judge Confirms That an Innocent Man Was Tortured to Make False Confessions

In four years of researching and writing about Guantánamo, I have become used to uncovering shocking information, but for sheer cynicism, I am struggling to think of anything that compares to the revelations contained in the unclassified ruling in the habeas corpus petition of Fouad al-Rabiah, a Kuwaiti prisoner whose release was ordered last week by Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly (PDF).

In the ruling, to put it bluntly, it was revealed that the U.S. government tortured an innocent man to extract false confessions and then threatened him until he obligingly repeated those lies as though they were the truth.

The PDF is very interesting. And it is not “truly shocking” either. We all know they did this. Well, everyone except the bushtards and the “patriotic” military ass kissers.

Unity: Do we need it?

It is my contention that the unity sought for by some of those that are fighting against the so-called “new world order” will end up destroying them. I will list some reasons on why I believe this.

First, let me define the kind of unity that these people want. They want people of like mind to get along under all circumstances. Those that don’t get with the program are not welcome. They will question your loyalty to their cause. They see this unity as a great strength; I see it as a fatal weakness.

Here are my reasons for believing this.

• We are nonconformists by nature.

Hell, I’m so nonconformist that I don’t even have a tattoo or body piercing.

We are hated because we simply will not conform to what the political “leaders” want of us. We just won’t get with the program. When you get with others that are fighting this new order, you find the same reaction among most of them. They have abandoned one set of leaders for another set of leaders.

This is the ultimate form of controlled opposition. It is an extremely effective method of control and it will destroy you.

I have documented, to a very limited extent, some of the Big Shots that are a part of this controlled opposition. This article will hopefully get you started. In it, I write about Hal Turner, Alex Jones and Jack McLamb. Those are the kinds of people that will lead you straight into the grave, because they are liars and traitors, and their own words prove it beyond any doubt. But don’t think they are the only ones out there, because the alternative media is a cesspool. It is no different than the mainstream media.

• We are strong-willed by nature.

We have somehow broken out of the “matrix” that is all around us. We look at it from the outside while people are living it on the inside. I just haven’t figured out how we did this. I’m forced to chalk it up to Divine Guidance, because nothing else makes sense to me.

Pulling people out of that “matrix” is impossible. I’m sure you have tried that before and know what I am talking about. The change must take place from within that person, not from without.

So any time someone says you must do this or that, we have this irritating tendency to say “And just who the fuck do you think you are?” Authoritarians are our arch nemesis. Who died and made them God?

Those that demand unity are in fact demanding that you submit to the people that are their leaders. That is the only way they can have their precious “unity”. Otherwise you are a loose cannon, and they can’t have that.

That leader has it in his power to destroy you at any time he or she chooses. The fact that these “leaders” are lying traitors means that they will destroy you.

• Unified targets make for nice juicy targets.

You’ve heard the saying “cut off the head and the snake dies”?

Well, if you follow any of these “leaders”, then that makes you a very tempting target for those that want to rule you. You are all bunched up nice and tight, in nice pretty ranks. That means you can be destroyed with minimal effort.

You need to spread out.

• We can have unity, but it is a different kind of unity.

The kind of unity we need is a unity of purpose. We recognize and respect that others may see things a little different than you do, but we all know we are fighting the same beast in our own ways.

We know that we don’t need or even want leaders. We are all smart and fully functional grown adults that can make our own decisions apart from what others demand of us.

Only this will keep us from being destroyed. It is not possible to destroy millions of scattered targets at one time, but it is possible for millions of scattered targets to defeat the enemy.

State lifts limit on mercury preservative in swine-flu shots

In preparation for swine-flu vaccinations next month, Washington’s Health Department on Thursday temporarily suspended a rule that limits the amount of a mercury preservative in vaccines given to pregnant women and children under the age of 3.

The preservative, thimerosal, has never been linked to any health problems, said Secretary of Health Mary Selecky. But a vocal minority believes the compound could be linked to autism. The state Legislature adopted the limit in 2006.

Thimerosal has been eliminated from most vaccines in the United States, but it will be added to the bulk of the swine-flu vaccine being produced to stem a pandemic that health officials estimate could sicken more than a third of the state’s residents.

Pregnant women and young children are considered at high risk for swine flu, and lifting the mercury limits will give them quicker access to the vaccine, Selecky said.

“It’s vital that everyone in a high-risk group has the choice to be vaccinated when swine-flu vaccine becomes available,” she said.

About 15 percent of the vaccine supply will be mercury-free, but people may have to wait longer for it to become available.

Oklahoma City bombing tapes tampered with

Security tapes of the Oklahoma City bombing just released had key sections erased. Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue obtained the security camera tapes of  the bombing through the Freedom of Information Act. After many years of secrecy around these critical tapes, the missing portions only fuel conspiracy fires.

Shortly after 9 AM on April 19, 1995, bombs in Oklahoma City’s Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building killed 168 people and injured hundreds more, rocking the entire nation and world. Initially blamed on Muslim terrorists, the official investigation eventually led to the conviction of Timothy McVeigh, who was executed in 2001, and co-conspirator Terry Nichols, who is serving life in prison.

An Associated Press (AP) article today provided details:

“The real story is what’s missing,” said Jesse Trentadue, a Salt Lake City attorney who obtained the recordings. “Four cameras in four different locations going blank at basically the same time on the morning of April 19, 1995. There ain’t no such thing as a coincidence,” Trentadue said.

“The interesting thing is they spring back on after 9:02,” he said. “The absence of footage from these crucial time intervals is evidence that there is something there that the FBI doesn’t want anybody to see.” The FBI in the past refused to release the security camera recordings, leading Trentadue and others to contend the government was hiding evidence that others were involved in the attack. “It’s taken a lawsuit and years to get the tapes,” Trentadue said.

• Judge dismisses animal cruelty charges against police officer Robert Melia for sex with cows

A New Jersey judge has dismissed animal cruelty charges against a cop accused of committing a sex act with young cows, saying a grand jury had no way of knowing whether the animals were “tormented.”

Moorestown police officer Robert Melia, who is currently suspended, allegedly engaged in oral sex acts with five calves in Southampton in 2006.

Since New Jersey currently has no law explicitly banning such an act [Well they need to pass a law immediately! Call it the No More Blow Jobs For Cattle Act Of 2009. -PSUSA], prosecutors in Burlington county brought animal cruelty charges against Melia, the Philadelphia Daily News reports.

The judge’s dismissal does not mark the end of Melia’s legal woes.

He, along with girlfriend Heather Lewis, was arrested in April 2008 for sexually assaulting three girls over a five-year-period.

Authorities investigating those charges reportedly uncovered videos on his computer of a girl being “subjected to sexual activity” in addition to taped encounters between Melia and the calves.

• UPDATE: Hollister CA pig Sgt. Michael Rodrigues guilty of raping three women.

A jury found Michael Rodrigues, 48, guilty on three counts of rape and one count of spousal rape.

Rodrigues, however, has not been charged with raping the 17-year-old.

Rodrigues faces a possible sentence of 60 years to life in prison.

He also said that on several occasions Rodrigues held a gun to her head and threatened to kill her.

During closing arguments, prosecutor Patrick Placios called Rodrigues a “serial rapist” and also accused the former deputy of having unlawful sex with a 17-year-old as many as 10 times.

• 2 more Chicago pigs plead guilty in corruption probe. Get PROBATION!

Two more former Chicago police officers pleaded guilty this morning to charges related to illegally searching drug dealers and gang suspects and stealing money from them.

Ex-Sgt. James McGovern pleaded guilty in Cook County Criminal Court to misdemeanor attempted obstruction of justice and was sentenced to two years probation, and former Officer Frank Villareal pleaded guilty to felony theft and was sentenced to four years probation.

That brings the number of guilty pleas so far in the probe of the former elite Special Operations Section of the Chicago Police Department to seven.

• Jury awards $360,000 in Utica police assault case. Pig Brandon Jones still working for another pigsty.

Following a brief hearing in U.S. District Court Thursday morning, the jury reached its verdict of $300,000 in punitive damages to punish Jones for repeatedly striking Payne with a fist after he kicked Jones in the groin.

Payne, who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, had become agitated and belligerent while experiencing a mental health episode at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center. During the incident, Jones punched and kneed Payne in order to “gain compliance” after he already was restrained with handcuffs.

… Jones was terminated from the Utica Police Department in 2008 in connection with this incident, but he has since been hired part-time at the Frankfort Village Police Department.

• Mulberry CA Deputy Chief Gets 5 1/2 Years for raping a 16 year old girl

Beaudry must also serve 9 1/2 years of sex offender probation.

During an emotional hearing, his lawyers, Julia Williamson and David Carmichael, requested house arrest.

Family and friends, including Beaudry’s ex-wife, described him as a dedicated father of two children.

Many spoke about Beaudry having a special bond with his 10-year-old son who has a genetic defect, Apert syndrome, and has had numerous surgeries.

Beaudry told the judge about his love for his children.

• Greene County AR Sheriff’s Deputy Sidney Robert Binkley, 28, of 18th Street, charged with stealing from accident victims.

According to the reasonable cause affidavit, Binkley took possession of a Glock semiautomatic 9 mm pistol and magazine clip valued at $599 during an accident investigation May 11, and on May 31 during another accident investigation, Binkley took possession of a Benchmade knife, valued at $250.

According to the affidavit, Binkley told deputies he worked the accident scenes with that he intended to keep the gun and knife, and that the owner of the gun “was a felon and would not be asking about the gun.” The affidavit also accused Binkley of lying when he stated no firearms were found in the vehicle.

Arkansas State Police Special Agent Wendall P. Jines wrote in the affidavit the gun and knife were both found inside Binkley’s home and Binkley admitted to taking both items, but claimed he was keeping the gun to give it back to the owner.

• Fired Sarasota deputy pig Clinton Knowles files suit, claims alcoholism is a disability

TAMPA – A former Sarasota County sheriff’s deputy claims he was the victim of discrimination because he was fired for excessive alcohol use.

Clinton Knowles filed a federal lawsuit against Sheriff Thomas Knight under the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Florida Civil Rights Act, claiming protection under the law because his alcoholism is a disability.

“It was widely known … throughout the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office that the plaintiff suffered from alcoholism to such an extent that it substantially impaired and limited plaintiff’s ability to perform one or more of his major life activities,” the lawsuit states.

• Broward County FL Sheriff’s Office to pay $2 million to wrongly imprisoned man

The Broward Sheriff’s Office has quietly reached a $2 million settlement with Jerry Frank Townsend, a mentally challenged man who was wrongly convicted and spent 22 years in prison for a series of murders that DNA later showed he did not commit, documents obtained by The Sun Sentinel show.

Under the terms of the settlement, Townsend, who is now 57 but has the mental functioning of an 8-year-old, will receive a series of payments. He was paid $500,000 earlier this year and will receive $300,000 per year in each of the next five years.

The settlement in the civil rights violations lawsuit named BSO, current and former sheriffs Al Lamberti, Ken Jenne and Nick Navarro, and former sheriff’s deputies Tony Fantigrassi and Mark Schlein.

Townsend was sentenced to several life terms and served 22 years in prison for convictions in six murders and one rape he did not commit in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. He was arrested in 1979 in Miami on a rape charge, then turned over to Broward authorities who charged him with six murders.

The case became a notorious example of how mentally challenged people are particularly vulnerable to making false confessions under pressure from officers.

BSO and its deputies “fabricated evidence, concealed exculpatory evidence, tampered with witnesses, and coerced a false confession by intimidation and deception from [Townsend], who they knew was a mentally challenged person,” the civil suit argued./snip/

Sperling said the vehicle was driven by an agent acting in an undercover capacity.

“The officer who effected the stop contacted defendant Jones who directed defendant Brookshire to go to the scene.  A search of the vehicle revealed six bundles of currency.  Brookshire took one of the bundles to his patrol car, then placed the other five on the dash of his car.  Defendant Jones then informed the

undercover agent that he would be jailed if he failed to complete a release of currency form.  Defendant Jones then contacted the office of the Drug Enforcement Administration and advised that they had seized five bundles of currency.  Defendant Jones then presented the undercover agent the release of currency form and again informed him that if he didn’t sign the form, he would go to jail.  The undercover agent signed the form and was then released.  The defendants stole a portion of the confiscated cash,” said U.S. Attorney Sheldon Sperling.

A search of the undersheriff’s home turned up $2,600 in cash in an air duct to a stove exhaust fan and $2,400 in cash was retrieved from the sheriff’s home.

• Choctaw County sheriff’s deputy Ben Milner violated the civil rights of three men

MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) — The U.S. Department of Justice says a federal jury has convicted a former Choctaw County sheriff’s deputy of violating the civil rights of three men.

According to U.S. Attorney Sheldon Sperling, Ben Milner was convicted Thursday on three counts of violating the civil rights of his victims and two counts of falsifying official reports.

A federal indictment alleged that Milner physically abused a truck driver during a traffic stop in October 2005. He also was accused of beating two inmates with an ax handle while they were in custody in October 2007.

An attorney for Milner couldn’t be reached for comment late Thursday.

He faces a maximum prison sentence of 10 years for each civil rights offense and 20 years for each obstruction offense.

So you want to be a patriot VIP, huh?

I’ve noticed something that’s a little bit disturbing. In order to be a VIP in the alternative news / patriot game, you must claim your life is threatened and/or you are being constantly harassed by government operatives.

You also need to have the ability to put your listeners into a state of panic by coordinating your disinformation with others disinformation.

Add to this the ability to make even the most outlandish claims believable to a certain segment of the patriot community. Don’t worry about this, just try and sound sincere. It’s an acquired skill. It takes time for them to be able to spout their crap without breaking into a hearty laugh. You’ll get the hang of it.

I will use 3 examples to show this. These 3 are, in my oh-so-humble opinion, the 3 biggest alternative news personalities out there. These 3 are Alex Jones, Hal Turner, and Jack McLamb. You may argue about the prominence of these 3, but humor me for the sake of argument. It’s not as if I can write about all of them.

• 

  Hal Turner, looking smug

  I will start with Turner. Turner is a little shitbag that had a radio show based out of New Jersey. He used racist rants and other tactics to rile up his listeners into a state of frenzy. Turner lied through his teeth.

Hal Turner admitted working with the FBI. The FBI admitted using Turner to spread disinformation throughout the patriot community. What this did, which was to the governments advantage, was equate patriotism with racism.

HARTFORD — – Internet blogger Harold “Hal” Turner’s attorney said today that Turner’s background as an FBI informant will be a key part of his defense to charges that he incited violence against two state legislators and a state ethics official.

That role as an informant for the FBI is a key part of the defense, Orozco [his lawyer -PSUSA] said outside court.

Orozco said Turner was trained by the FBI as “an agent provocateur.”

“Mr. Turner was trained by the FBI,” Orozco said. “He was told where the line was — what he could say.”

In his comments on his blog that brought the state and federal charges, Turner did not cross that line, Orozco said.

Orozco said Turner worked for the FBI from roughly 2002 to 2007.

“His job was basically to publish information which would cause other parties to act in a manner that would cause their arrest,” Orozco said.

Mr Turner has a long term and interesting relationship with Sean Hannity.

Turner talks about the Amero currency fraud,  martial law / mass graves (that link is from Turners blog. For some reason it still works as of today, even though the blog was taken down),  FEMA prison railcars,  etc. He also claims constant government persecution in this video. I find that to be highly amusing, since he worked for the very same people that he accused of persecuting him.

Hal Turner is now out of the picture. Good riddance. I do sincerely hope he gets a cellmate that is both big and black, and he gets “it” every night, and several times during the day. He’d make a GREAT prison bitch for some lucky felon.

  Alex Jones

  Next on the docket is Alex Jones. What a piece of work that turd is. Where, oh where, do I start with him? Seriously, you can google “alex jones disinfo” and find reams of material on him.

Alex and Hal have much in common, except Jones doesn’t appear to be racist in any way. With that exception, they talk about the same topics.

My oh my how the New World Order hates poor Alex. They follow him around like lost little puppies. But it’s not just some schmucks that follow Jones. Oh no. He has  Special Forces as  his personal shadow. I guess these Special Forces don’t have anything better to do than to tail poor persecuted Alex. At least he didn’t call them “green berets”.

HERE is a video where Alex goes into basic dogfighting skills (!) and explains that having the enemy behind you is at 6 o’clock; a bandit in front of you is at 12 o’clock, and there’s 2 o’clock, and 9 o’clock etc. Well, he has a bandit at his 6. He has “all sorts of bogies at his 6 and they are firing!” Rat tat tat tat tat tat! Break right, Alex! BREAK RIGHT! You stupid lying son of a bitch.

He has “lots of courage”! Listen to him pat himself on the back by lying through his teeth. Listen to him ramble on and on and on about how brave he is and about the death threats he gets.

Now one thing about brave people is this: They NEVER and I mean NEVER tell you how brave they are!!! Jones does. Listen to it if you don’t believe me. I provided the link.

Now Alex has a very loyal following. One simply does not bring up certain topics when one is among Jones’ worshipers. They consider any such rudeness to be blasphemy. His worshipers really do believe Jones can do no wrong, and his his words are the gospel truth, even when proven differently. I’ve seen this play out several times.

Here is classic Jones. Did Jones write that article? No. Is it on his site? Yes. Who is responsible for posting that article? Jones is. Who is responsible for not correcting it? Jones is. This is what I consider to be disinfo by proxy.

But here are some videos that use Jones’ own words. Watch them if you have the time. Imagine what would have happened if Jones had been successful.

  Jack McLamb

  The next witless witness is Jack McLamb. He heads an organization that is laughingly titled “Police & Military Against the New World Order”. Imagine that, the very same people that are enforcing the new world order can also be against it.

They enforce the bullshit laws and blow up wedding parties and villages, but THEY DON’T REALLY MEAN IT, you know? It makes them so sad to do it. They shed so many tears doing these things.

I don’t trust him simply because he is a pig. But I will try and get past that here.

Jack is really big in the FEMA “death camp”, “red-blue list”, and of all things, “painted dots on your mailbox that will be used to lead the military to your front door when martial law is declared”  subset of the patriot movement. Don’t believe me? Here it is:

I really recommend watching that video. You will see some classic disinfo. He hides the lies in the truth, and he poisons the entire thing. He makes the entire patriot community look like drooling morons by simple association. He worms his way in and poisons everything he touches.

Where are these infamous camps? Every time someone brings them up, I demand to know exactly where they are. What always happens is that it takes me about 5 minutes to debunk it. If these camps were real, then it would be no problem to find and verify their locations.

He also parrots the martial law scenario, same as Jones, same as Turner.

Martial law is a very interesting threat that these people harp on constantly. I personally find it interesting, and a non-issue, because I have traveled all 48 states as a truck driver. I know first hand how big this country is. It is too big, and people are too well armed, for there to ever be nationwide martial law. It would take tens of thousands of troops to lock down one medium sized city like St Louis.  There are no such troops.

Closing Arguments

Now, why do they do these things? What is it exactly that makes them head honcho VIPs in the patriot community?

1) They have built up credibility by telling some truth. Disinfo artists do not lie all the time. They pick the right time to lie in order to do as much harm to the movement as possible.

2) Their claims of harassment and death threats are very telling. It’s something that almost all of them do, and here is why they do it, in my opinion:

(a)It builds instant credibility among the gullible fools out there.  After all, they must be having a huge impact in order to bring all that negative attention on themselves, right?

(b) It discourages others from stepping out and doing this work by themselves, since they dont want this kind of harassment.

(c) It allows the true believers to flirt with danger from the sidelines. They can live their lives vicariously through their favorite celebrity “patriot”.

(d) It makes these “patriots” look so brave. Not even death threats will stop them. This = instant credibility boost.

3) The more outrageous the claim, no matter what it is, the more likely you are to be believed. Patriots have a distrust of mainstream media, and rightfully so. But some show an amazing level of trust in alternative sources with very little discernment.

So, with that I rest my case. I presented 3 great witnesses, and they were hung by their own words.
