Another Happy Pig

  • Charlotte-Mecklenburg NC pig Officer Martray Proctor decided he was above the law and went speeding to assist another pig at a routine traffic stop (re: shakedown). Pig Proctor killed a woman as he was speeding 90 mph without lights or siren.

Pig Proctor has been charged with involuntary manslaughter for killing a 20 year old woman. Gazing into my crystal ball, I see 1 years probation and a job offer from the New Orleans pig sty.

He bought her some snacks and took her into a school office and grabbed her where little girls should not be grabbed. But since your school might have pigs, they are safe. Right? Right.

  • Newport News VA pig Rashad I. Brown, 32, thinks it’s perfectly OK to beat the crap out of kids and dogs. Pig Brown said ” stated … that it is not against the law to beat your dogs or kids in Virginia, (and that) he knows this because he is a cop,” said the complaint by Newport News Animal Control Officer Angie Gromlich.

But alas, pig Brown was mistaken. Say what you will about Virginia, but even they frown on beating pets.

  • Durant OK pig Lt. Johnny Rutherford, 42, skates away from breaking into a pharmacy.  The exact charges were  felony second-degree burglary and misdemeanor charges of malicious injury to property and breaking and entering.

For this mayhem, he got a 5 year deferred sentence.

So another Priveledged Great One just got away with a felony and 2 misdemeanors. You can thank  judge D. Clay Mowdy for being so merciful to this criminal with a badge. Or he doesn’t have the badge anymore. Until he goes to work for another pig sty. Then lock your doors.

The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit Wednesday on behalf of a Louisiana man who claims he was arrested for criticizing a police chief in an e-mail to a newspaper.

The federal lawsuit accuses Mamou police chief Greg Dupuis and several of his officers of violating the civil rights of Bobby Felix Simmons, 52, who was charged in May 2008 with criminal defamation.

The other pigs in the suit are Todd Ortis, Albert Moore, David Charlie and Lucas Lavergne.

One year in jail for raping a 14 year old girl. That is fucking insane. But it is also typical.

If you want to rape little girls, become a cop. Then you can get away with it.

Oh what a tangled web we weave.

“The town of Greece has announced that it will launch an investigation of the Greece Police Department’s handling of the cases involving former Greece Police Sgt. Nicholas Joseph and officer Gary Pignato.”

On March 16, Joseph was convicted of all charges tied to a June 7 hit-and-run crash that sent a pregnant woman into premature labor.

The town is also investigating the police department’s handling of suspended officer Gary Pignato.

Pignato’s case goes to trial June 1; he is charged with bribery, coercion and official misconduct.

Pignato  went to a woman’s home to respond to a 911 call for a family dispute in August and then allegedly had a sexual encounter with the woman later that night, while he was off duty. The woman told investigators she was coerced into the encounter in an effort to avoid facing criminal charges. /snip/

Frank Kessler

Frank Kessler

“Kessler pleaded guilty last month to felony embezzlement for using his city-issued credit card to buy thousands of dollars in casino tokens and alcohol last year on a Hawaiian cruise. He described the crime as a “stupid mistake.”

No, you snorting little pig, it was not a “stupid mistake, it was a crime. And you got caught.
