A resident alleged to police on May 20 that Morris was in an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old girl who was a student where Morris was the school resource officer, McNickle said. Morris has been a Stillwater police officer since 1992, McNickle said. His suspension is without pay pending an administrative hearing.
